Important Note: It's normal for the natural ingredients we use to solidify more when cold or to melt when exposed to higher temperatures, (this can happen during transit) but this will not change the integrity of the product. If you feel your product may have been exposed to heat, open carefully to avoid spillage. Simply put in a warmer area to soften your product and stir, or place in a cooler area (i.e., your fridge) until it reaches its original (firmer) state again and stir.
